This section describes the main objective of ASCI. ASCI aims at educating the patients’ own immune system to fight the tumor.

This can be achieved by:

  • Appropriate selection and presentation of antigens;
  • Induction of an effective immune response;
  • Appropriate selection of the patient population.

In the formulation of ASCI, antigen and Adjuvant Systems have been matched to maximize the quantity and quality of the immune response against the cancer antigens.
