ASCI in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This section describes the potential of MAGE-A3 ASCI in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).

NSCLC is the most common type of lung cancer, and is associated with poor outcomes.

MAGE-A3 is a genuine cancer-specific antigen that is present in 35-50% of patients with NSCLC. The expression of MAGE-A3 has been associated with advanced disease and poor outcome. This adds further support to the use of MAGE-A3 antigen in the ASCI treatment of NSCLC.
