This section is devoted to the possibility of treatment of NSCLC patients. This treatment depends on different factors including the Stages of the lung tumor:

  • For lung cancer detected at Stages I and II, surgery is the treatment of choice or radiotherapy if surgery is contraindicated.
  • For more advanced lung tumor, a combination of surgery + adjuvant chemotherapy +/- radiotherapy may be used.
