Immunotherapeutic Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers for preparation/consolidation of BU forecasts
• Ensure monitoring of BU expenses and provide report highlighting major variances versus plan.
• Act as main BU contact for process of Worldwide Clinical cross-charge (tracking of clinical budget within the agreed envelope (SBB) and timelines)
• Support Benchmark clinical process.
• Participate in the development of processes, tools and data to integrate financial dimension into BU business decision and processes
• Para legal activities (Draft contracts…)

Profile

• University degree in Finance or Legal or Sciences (+ 1 year Finance)
• Optimal use of IT systems and data management (Windows, SAP)
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of clinical development process/clinical studies is an asset
• Good communication skills. The job requires adequate management of interactions with very different parts of the organization (Internal & external clients, affiliates finance departments…)
• Analytical thinking (ability to understand & manage multiple and complex data, to recognize issues and proactively resolve or escalate as appropriate)
• This person should be a strong time manager and have great organizational skills.
